IN-HOME CONSULTATION
We give you a personal analysis of how best to stage your home to appeal to the broadest sector of buyers in your demographic locale.
CUSTOMIZED PLAN
Upon arrival and execution of the staging design contract, we configure a customized floorplan that highlights your home’s best features while drawing attention away from areas of the home that buyers may find less appealing.
INSTALLATION
Once the plan is finalized, our highly skilled, professional design team custom selects furnishings then delivers and hand positions them in the home. Our mission is to make your property the clear market leader among available listings.
DE-STAGE
Before your Close of Escrow, we will de-stage the home, leaving behind only the furnishings your buyers wish to purchase. (That’s right! All of our furnishings are for sale. We are happy to provide a detailed inventory list for your property.)
